Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Products that have been opened or used where the nature of the product makes a return unsuitable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including items that:

• Show obvious signs of use
• Are not in their original condition
• Are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment account again.

Sale items

Sale items are only refundable where the applicable return requirements are met.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back.

Shipping returns

Please contact us at [email protected] before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital products

Because many of our products are digital educational resources, downloadable products are generally not eligible for a refund once the download has been made available or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
